Myuto Kashihara

My research topic is development of organic reactions by using molecular catalysts. Catalysts are now essential tools in modern organic chemistry owing to their unique activity to mediate difficult bond cleavage/formation many times. The reactions I establish should be never achieved by other chemists and enabled by well-designed catalyst. My recent focus is on fluorenol-catalyzed unique molecular transformations.
